Food and service was incredible. The woman who served us was very helpful and super friendly. The food portions are quite large and have good prices; I split 1 sandwich and an appetizer sampler with a friend and we could hardly finish. "Dinner for two on 7/31/22. The restaurant and the Queen Victoria room where we sat are elegant. Service was attentive and impeccable. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. The various courses came with interesting explanations of the ingredients and preparation. Likewise, the wine pairings were well selected to complement the courses. Expensive, but worth it for a world-class dining experience."

"I’m ashamed to say I’ve lived less than a mile away for 5 years and just not tried the Aardvark. The food is delicious, the service was great and the atmosphere was fun and upbeat. We came for Sunday brunch and got the hangover sandwich (pictured) and the steak n eggs (pictured) along with bottomless mimosas. First of all, there is a special place in my heart for a restaurant that knows that a mimosa is 99% champagne and 1% juice (we are rounding up here). We got the pineapple mimosa but they also had orange and cranberry as options. I will say, my steak was cooked more medium than medium well but I personally only order medium well at restaurants that aren’t known for their steaks because they usually undercook it so it’s not even worth taking a star away. The breakfast potatoes were seasoned very well. Our server made sure to keep our drinks full and show us pictures of her dogs (always a win for us). I also appreciate that they have a lot of deals on Monday’s for service workers such as Monday brunch, $2 miller lite or yeunglings and $3.50 house wines all day. Definitely recommend."
