I've been in this pub for almost ten years; it's the most wonderful bartender. Happy Hour is at point, the pub food is full and the ambience is cold. I recommend everyone when they visit Osaka:

Great Irish pub in Dontombori. The staff was amazing and also spoke great English. The food was delicious and many drinks options.

The service is fantastic, the atmosphere is brilliant and super chill. If you need a place to calm down after the madness of Osaka city life, then come to Dublin Bay!

Stumbled on this on a cold Sunday night in December and was warmed by the Guinness and “open mic” Irish music.
