What Sharon likes about Chez Colin:
Easily the best restaurant in Oslo I've eaten at. For starters we got the gratinated chevre and tartare, both of which were incredible. For the main, we got the secrets iberico and the piggvar. Again, incredible. And for redusert, the apple tartelette with cardamom ice cream. Everything was perfect in taste, texture, and overall composition, and the service was also fantastic.
