Love this diner! The food was served fast and that is to be expected because this is a seasonal town so in the winter there isn't a lot of traffic. The service was great by the chef who came out to greet us and make us feel at home. We ordered a beef burger meal and a chicken burger meal and both were delicious! My husband and I came this morning. right off the bat 3 water glasses on my table were very dirty. hubby got eggs benedict he like it. I was not thrilled. my hash browns tasted freezer burnt. one of my eggs broke on the over easy so spilled over all over plate. sausage was kinda gross. lost appetite so didn't finish my meal. won't be back. It was so bad that we left before orderingand that was after being ignored for 15 minutesWhen we entered, we were greeted with a scowl.

Stopped in for lunch yesterday and had some wine, a sandwich and salad. The server was excellent, very friendly guy. Food was good and a nice lake view

"Due to the response of the owner below they didn’t like my negative review so here is a more positive response: Cute igloos for seating in cooler or rainy weather, enjoy people watching as the drive by on the highway, friendly prompt service, and tastiest of all the un tasty coffees I’ve ever had.Original review:Worst cappuccino and latte I have ever tasted. Foam was dry and added no creaminess. Coffee definitely was not espresso it tasted like third run through of a drip. Avoid if you like coffee.Looks nice but noisy even in cute igloos. "I can not say enough good things about this restaurant. I am in Osoyoos at least once per year and stop here every time. We had the Dreamcatcher from NK'MIP Cellars next door, which is one of my favorite wines, and we ordered The Ploughman Platter to share. It was one of the best charcuterie boards I've ever had and overflowing with delicious flavors and options. A must stop next time you are in Osoyoos!"

"Perhaps if I had not experienced eating at the El Sabor De Marina in 2016, this review may have been better, but the quality of the food has greatly change. The food was authentically Mexican served with delicious homemade beans, sour cream and cheese. I do not know why the recipes have changed from totally awesome to disappointing. They may have a different chef, or they may be just cutting back. Instead of sacrificing quality, it would have been better to keep their winning recipes and increase the prices."
