What User likes about Kantaro Sushi:
its the sushi stop right after the taxi drops you off at otaru canal. (which is walkable too btw from the station) Key Feature: they cover their sushi with plastic so it stays fresh. Or you can do a call to order. Prices are slightly higher than your typical conveyor belt sushi place; however, the pieces are larger too. Take a look at the pictures! A very decent conveyor belt sushi restaurant. Not to cheapest, but you get sushi with very generous amount of fish (check the picture of the salmon sushi I ordered . I really enjoyed the scallop sushi (scallops are from Hokkaido . I was a bit disappointed by the crab savory egg custard (I didn't feel crab taste that much... . But overall, a nice experience. The sushi was OK, ordinary, maybe a bit too ordinary for the price they charge. The place lacked a proper ambience. Felt a bit like eating in a roadside eatery....
