Sukiya will always hold a special place in my heart for a good and cheap meal with great service anywhere in Japan. This Sukiya is a little out-of-the-way in Otaru though, so just be aware if you aim to walk from the canal area! Although you will be rewarded in this area with Sukiya, CoCos and a Uniqlo if you need to top up your wardrobe. View all feedback.
Always delicious/good value. This cafe is no-fail, good balanced tasty meal at low price Most of SUKIYA also has “drive-through”
