"Beautiful oldschool Otaru café with over 100 years of history. Enjoy the beautiful European styled space as you listen to a soundtrack of classical music. The food and meals here are very, very reasonably priced. Come here at breakfast time, order a cup of coffee and you can make it a meal with toast, scrambled eggs and sausage for just 100 yen more. I'd also recommend trying the milk, which apparently comes from happy cows and is absolutely delicious!"
