Tried the River city out in Otis orchards as our local one in the valley ran out of some things. We got the gluten-free Hawaiian, bbq chicken, cowboy, taco and steak fajita pizza. This is a celiac household and the 3rd time getting pizza from River City and no cross contamination. Its very impressive! Ordered online at 4pm, website said 515 delivery. At 530 we called, were told short staffed and pizza was sitting there but no one to deliver. No apologies. Called at 545 to cancel, they said delivery person just left 5min ago. Staff was rude and no apologies again. 6pm driver shows up, pizza is not hot or fresh. No apologies from delivery driver.
