My mom loves El Pollo Loco but she was turned off because of the dirty tables, they had crumbs but the food was good. The little bowl I got for $5 barley had any chicken so I was disappointed… won’t be getting that one again View all feedback.

My churros were hard as a rock. Some fast food places don't care anymore. They will put anything in your bag, especially if you go through the drive-through because they know that 90% of people aren't going back. Most people stop at a drive-through for convenience.
