What 畢祈浩 doesn't like about Observation:
I visited the bar years ago and had fond memories. Today, I decided to take my elderly parents for happy hour to celebrate a special date. I checked the bar webpage, and it says NOTHING about requiring general admissions of $40 each. To make matters worse, the staff at the front entrance showed an infuriating degree of indifference to me or my elderly parents, even with a touch of mockery. Nope. View all feedback.
