Arby's - Ottawa

Service sucked, food was cold and we waited a long time ,and they wouldn't give us more napkins, 3 families walked out cuz they waited too long..

Always hot and always fresh...big customer service also!!

Customer service was fantastic, the food was fresh and hot, the order was right, the best Arby's from all surrounding Arby's

Not sure how I feel that music is a Christian station, seems fast food should keep it more neutral.

Through the city. It was the first time. Through the ride thru for lunch. Although the line was quite long, it moved nicely. Food looked and tasted good. Service was friendly and fast. I'd stop next time I get out of the area.
