Food is low quality. I felt bad for my server as the restaurant seem understaffed. I get the feeling they hire less experienced servers, because the service is not the most professional (and because I would those with more experience could and would work at pretty where at any other restaurant). Service is terrible, worst franchise location ever. Stepped in lunch time but we felt we got food dinner time. Slow, slow , slow
Verdict: A solid stop if you happen to be in Vanier So, I have been going to Boston Pizza for many years, and have done so in many cities.
