"Everyone who works here is so friendly! The drinks and food are delicious and quickly served up. The atmosphere is a little intense for me but I love to ring the brass bell as I leave :D it’s always a great experience to come here.Update on 25/01/2024: a rude delivery driver said “It better be” when the worker said “it’ll be ready very soon.” I turned around and looked this person right in the eyes because there is no possible reason at all to be rude to these lovely people who work here. They work extremely precisely and quickly, and still keep positivity going! Thank you for being amazing, Juice Dudez Team at Richmond, and never mind those crotchety people. He was in no rush anyway; I saw him afterwards. 10/5 stars."

"I have mixed feelings about this location. It's a lovely space but... Somehow they've never quite mastered excellent customer service at this particular location. Today, came in and it was quiet for once. Got decent service at the counter but go to sit down and it's clear tables have not been wiped. Something has been spilled on the bench seat....it's dry, so it's been there a bit. Decided to go sit in the comfy chairs, but they are not that comfortable anymore. They are broken down with the springs and padding in the seat gone, so you have to slouch, so now the back is digging uncomfortably into my back, ugh. I remember now why I tend to avoid this particular location. On the bright side, decaf oat milk capuccino is good."
