My family and friends went to this restaurant to celebrate a special occasion. Before we arrived, we were given a set menu and price, and we paid in cash to the owner without tax included. We were also promised a time frame for our food and drinks. However, the service was very slow and poor. Our food took about one and a half hours to arrive, and when it did, it was cold.
