It was nice to see Supply and Demand continues to offer a great dining experience. We started with their kale salad (always a hit)! and moved on to summer squash salad, beef tartar, and smoked trout. Not bad! It was a unique place for sure, but I think the squid ink pasta $30) was overhyped. It just tasted like any other red sauce pasta to me, however, some items really stood out. The bread that comes as an appetizer is just so tasty and fresh, and everything about it was so good!
