What User doesn't like about Thai Express Ottawa:
Another example of good food destroyed by service personnel. Since this store is operated by the catering company that the cafeteria, the food flavor average ( worse than the typical Thai Express), the service staff can sometimes be cool (but most of the time does not speak properly English) and you are expected to order a typical 30-minute for you, as it is not in the system at some point. View all feedback.
The front desk staff didn’t know what to do, and had a really bad attitude. He even placed my order wrong. I will never come again.
Better than expected considering the reviews. The pad Thai shrimp was good. Thumbs
