Another example of good food destroyed by service personnel. Since this store is operated by the catering company that the cafeteria, the food flavor average ( worse than the typical Thai Express), the service staff can sometimes be cool (but most of the time does not speak properly English) and you are expected to order a typical 30-minute for you, as it is not in the system at some point. Just another example of good food ruined by the service personnel. Since this store is run by the catering company that runs the cafeteria, the food taste average( worse than the typical Thai express), the service personnel can be cool sometime( but mosttime does not speak proper English) and you are expected wait a typical 30+ minute for you order, since sometime it's justsimply not show up in the system.
Rude staff, slow and totally unsanitary. My order got taken by another customer understandable, but the staff was very rude about it. Afterwards, the person that re did my order reached into the broth pan with a soup bowl (made out of paper and withher hand dipping in it (thank god it had a glove on but she wore it all along, not sanitary at all . She had to throw out thebowl because it got all soggy. Anyways, I don't understand how this place is still working or how they hire/train people. Theowner must have a good deal or contacts with the school in order to still remain in business ;
I've been there about 4 times. Two times my order was incorrect. The shortest time it's taken is ~30 minutes and the longest was 50 minutes. It would be seriously faster to walk to the Thai Express at Rideau Center, buy your food and walk back. Foodwould be better too since they tend to undercook the noodles trying to catch up to all the orders.
The cash register took 5 min to ask for my order even though there was no line up. I asked for a General curry and they gave me a pad Thai. And they didn't want to remake my order. when I forced them to remake my order correctly the cook dropped the Fbomb when cooking. just go to rideau centre, much better
