"We dropped into the Brisons Bistro Wednesday evening for their Date Night Special. We met the new Executive Chef Kristopher and his team.. The special of the evening was authentic Butter Chicken made from scratch. Basmati Rice and Nan Bread . It was absolutely fantastic....We came back in Dec. and try his Rib Eye steak which was excellent. The New Menu has changed. Now they have a Rack of smoked ribs. Bison Burger, pasta and other excellent meals. KRISTOPHER IS A 5 STAR EXEC CHEF.. Bravo Bryson's Bistro !!!"

"Was told 40 mins for my food. Came back 45 minutes later and was told another 10 minutes. Came back 15 minutes later and was told they forgot and would start it right away. Waited over an hour and go no food. Ridiculous."

"We were travelling on hwy 148 and fell upon this restaurant. What a pleasant surprise. We really liked that the food tasted home made. There was a good selection on the menu too. We found the Servers went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. This is a place I would go back to again. Thank you for reading my post."

"Easter brunch was a fantastic success for Magnum. Place was full from opening till closing, an excellent indicator of the restaurant's popularity! Brunch included plenty of dishes offered with maple syrup or cooked with the syrup - yummmmmmmy! Scrambled eggs, sausages with or without being cooked in the syrup, hash browns, pancakes, bacon (with or wthout), ham & pineapple, beans, croissants, toast, French toast, and other items (can't remember them all), provided the main meal. Then there was the dessert table together with Easter goodies for the kiddies. I managed to avoid the cakes, fruit mixtures, and maple flavoured goodie, but that one maple fudge cone cried out for me to take it.It was so right - a perfect mouth watering finish to the excellent brunch. Plenty of coffee, etc. to wash it down. The orange juice tasted like Tang though. Super good value for the price charged!"
