in view of the comments, really disappointing expensive scabs not garnished. small Norman galette all ingredients are mixed and prepared in advance. they are then deposited on the cake which is so soft. I didn't take dessert because 12 euros for a Norman cake I didn't like, I had already given too much. waitress lacks a job on defensive. Service shipped.
