My husband and I went to dinner on Monday at 7:45. It was Poppin and for good reason! We ordered a kiosk and they called out our order when he was finished. Update: Original impression is below but with this disclaimer. A little while after eating we experienced intense dry mouth which means they use a lot of MSG in the broth of the Pho. We won't be eating here again but if you don't mind a lot of MSG than go for it. This is the best Pho we have found in KC so far, I believe it's the 4th place we have tried.
