We reserved a table for 4 at Johnnys at 119th in Overland Park for the Super Bowl game. I gave a $50 deposit via phone to reserve our table, was said we would get a gift card for 50. Pizza was absolute ****. I ordered two discs and the middle was soft and raw. I sent it back and ask her to fix it. They just threw it back into the oven and in the middle was still dry and the outside was not edible because it was rockproof. Don't get the pizza. View all feedback.
The place was quite full with large groups of parties. We were there with 11 people. Service was great, the gal was constantly available between two groups. The food was good. The teriyaki shrimp and pizzas were delicious. The drink list was plentiful. I definitely will come back to try more from the menu.
I work part time at a fast food near here, Saturday nite got off work and looked on Yelp to see who was open, I need a Draft Beer, this place was open, so I came and check it out, the staff was great, listening to the regulars, this was place to come and enjoy yourself more than once, plus they visit other locations too, Free state brewery makes their own beer, most good bars has a special beer for just them,I ask dog friendly and was told Yes,Wednesday nite, Lady, she will be 17 in September and I came for Happy hour and lady luvs chix, maybe that’s why she living so long, right now the patio isn’t being use that much but for smoking, Lady, is just walking up and down and enjoying it, my server Joel, is awesome dude and a must to have him serve, the food is good, staff likes friendly dogs only here, they also have rewards program too
Met friends for drinks. Ordered Queso and chips- chips were very stale, queso was gluey.
Conference room J is a favorite. Recently, the guys met up there for a night out. Pork tenderloins are still the best. The beer is cold. The service was good. Always a favorite.
Traveling through, I stopped in for the Sunday Night football game and some food. I was greeted by a friendly little-fireball of a bartender and I ordered the pizza. The menu was somewhat typical for a Tavern but everything looked good and they had a good selection of taps and interesting drink/shot ideas. The atmosphere was probably my favorite with sport memorabilia and excellent seating arrangement for sports viewing but this place was family. I would defiantly go back and BTW the pizza was huge and delicious.
