What User likes about Wig Pen:
I love tomato soup, cake and fish chip. But portion is very large and we could not finish all the foods. However, the ordering and payment system via the mobile Greene King app was a bit laborious. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wig Pen:
Pub: normal town centre. Staff: perfectly nice. Food: poor. Steak and ale pie CLEARLY is just offcuts from other ‘steak’, all gristle fat and cartilage. Coulda spoken up to staff, but it’s clear they ‘just work here’, and they’ll always have new walk-in clients. FYI, the fish and chips comes with the ‘curry/matter’ in that white gravy boat. The best pub fish chips I've ever eaten! Washed down with a pot of tea. Perfect spot to eat with a nice atmosphere
Quite nice, good food, good service. Prices are not cheap but not too expensive either. The portions are decent
Full Menu
The current menu card may be expanded on site to include seasonal specialties and weekly recommendations. In addition to a variety of meals, the menu also offers a selection of beverages and typical house dishes. Additionally, the menu card also takes into account dishes and ingredients that have been positively highlighted by customers, even if these have not yet been recorded.
