Very polite staff. Fast service. When it's busy, I'm not disappointed because it's moving fast.

Actually the best chipotle do not know why the reviews are bad. everyone is super beautiful and has the best taste from any other chipotles in ventura, is also the cleanest and it makes me feel comfortable eating here lol. I literally drive 10 miles for this chipotle because it is so good
3 stars cause employees to have no customer service at all. No smile, no hello, not even one? absolutely nothing.
