I had never eaten at a Pollo Loco before, but I decided to try their 4-piece meal with a drink. I was surprised by the price, which was around $15.50. However, after receiving my food, I was disappointed. The chicken was dry and overcooked, the drumstick looked like it came from a tiny bird, the rice was dry, and the mashed potatoes were bland.
