Returned to Alpette for the first time in ski seasons. Chose the plat du jour which was filet mignon de porc with a sweet sauce, gratin dauphinoise potatoes and grilled tomatoes. I see no good reason to ever eat at Alpette. The food was simply terrible (the veal in the plat du jour tasted sour, the melted cheese was a strange mix of cheese and heavy cream). 3 out of the 4 in our party had stomach aches all afternoon.
