"Attentive service, lovely food, excellent wine an idyllic experience is on your doorstep Paarl seems like it might be a great trek. However we were pleasantly surprised to be rewarded with an idyllic escape after a 40 minute journey out of Cape Town. Service was superlative and the restaurant is a run attentively and unobtrusively. The menu was delightful with foraged items being used excellently, beautifully and tastily in a garden setting with a wonderful landscape to crown it all. Portions were generous and the wine is incredible."

"Our favorite restaurant for this year. It comes very close to beating our all time favorite restaurant Joel Robuchon in Las Vegas. The food and service was nothing but spectacular.
