My first visit here, came in for lunch. I sat at the sushi bar and was greeted fairly quickly. The waiter was quite attentive and I got a appetizer quickly from the sushi chefs. I ordered the sushi/sashimi lunch and it was very good. I might add that the lunch prices were very reasonable. I was actually pleasantly surprised. I would definitely stop back if I was in the area. Our family has enjoyed Sakura for over a decade but yesterday during Father's day, despite the excellent service, the sushi gave my 9 year old food poisoning. Unfortunately can't take a chance on this happening again there. View all feedback.

We go to Sakura all the time- it’s our family’s favorite restaurant. Dragon rolls and pork bone ramen are sublime. Love this place! And now you can get bubble tea!
Ordered a crawfish scallop red sushi roll and also a shrimp coconut roll. Flavors were pretty good and the service was extra friendly. Atmosphere was good so overall had a great dinner here.
Sakura is our go to sushi place in the Akron area. There are a lot of rolls on the menu among other offerings so we have a spot in Notes where we rank all the rolls we have had so we know what to order again and what to avoid (based on personal taste as opposed to bad quality). Haven't had anything of bad quality. One of my favorite things is the Hamachi appetizer. Always delicious and succulent.
The sushi was fresh and delicious, even 30 minutes before closing. Don’t miss this place!
