"We were looking for late lunch after a drive up to Haleakala and saw the reviews for My Thai. Although it is unusual in concept, once we were seated and the host explained the process, it was a fun adventure. The menu and all dishes ordered were amazing. Do not miss the orange chicken bao bun. We ordered a wide variety of dishes and all of them were excellent. Our only quibble is with an online menu accessed on our iPhones by QR code. Although we have eaten in restaurants with the same process-and honestly do not like it- this one was a little better designed but didn’t download in the same way on all our phones so we had some trouble putting together an order for three people. with disparate displays). Once that was successfully done, one’s meal is announced on mic and left on a counter for the customer to pick up. All plates are prepared as for takeout so paper containers, paper towels for napkin, etc. Overall, it’s takeout that must be ordered onsite. "This place was awesome! The lady was very helpful. I got the Fresh Fish Tacos. They were really good. We had to try the bread pudding and was impressed. Now the mambo fries were bomb!
