What Amnerie Santiago likes about El Balcon De Norma By Chef Norton:
Riqucious. Mofongo doesn't kick with garlic and salt. The meats are not hard. The beans have good seasoning, the white rice is eaten alone and the green salad has wonderful surprises. Very good price too. Definitely a hangueo place. 10 chocolates for the Balcony. View all feedback.
