Gordon Ramsey talks about keeping things simple, sticking to one thing. This place is nice and has great pizza, they should stick to that. On the other hand I think they only have one pizza oven so it takes them forever to get their pizza orders out. People who don't get pizza have quicker service and a shorter wait time.
