The food and coffee are great! However today my sister and I waited 5 minutes before the employee at the counter acknowledged us. She was engrossed in a conversation with another lady. I visited recently with my sister in law and I had always heard great things but never been. They have a fan favorites menu so I attempted to order one of the items and was told they were out of one of the syrups needed. She said they don't reorder when they run out until business starts picking up again since January is a slow month.
