We were fortunate to be able to enjoy a Thanksgiving dinner at 1800 Park Restaurant. The food was good service was great the girl was the server, chef hostess. The restaurant was not too busy but can be hectic with one person. Awful experience. Was served very raw salmon in an over-seasoned, soupy risotto. Not a hint of “I'm sorry” from the staff. Kitchen seems in disarray. Wouldn't eat here again if you paid me. View all feedback.
