Usually I try to avoid any sort of fast food, literally any! But visited this chain to have a grilled chicken and found so many options to have with their different secret sauces! Not fast food ... took more than 30mins to provide one item off their menu for takeaway, then when I got to the train platform for the long wait since I'd missed my infrquent train due to the long delay found no utensils nor napkin in the bag.
