Solid Thai place in Pasadena. Located right next to a competing Thai restaurant, and I decided to try Janjeira for their lunch specials. I got a pad see ew, which came with an egg roll, soup, and a salad. They offer takeout, which is a plus! The soup looked flavorful but unfortunately was very bland. Came here because of the great reviews on yelp it did not live up to our expectation. The papaya salad was typical. The fried shrimp roll is just sad (refer to pics). The pad see ew with chicken was greasy hardly had any chicken in it. The crab fried rice didn't have any chunks of crab mixed into the rice. The veggie stir-fry with beef had 4 pcs of sliced beef.
