What Allison Salinas doesn't like about Pho Vi-vi:
It was meh. I asked for a chicken banh mi but it was definitely not chicken. Very tough meat and bread, hard to chew through, however the flavor was nice. Came with chips (they just grab a random bag) and a soda, 7 bux. I think it would be a better deal if the lunch special came with a spring/egg roll instead of the lays chips but that’s just my 2 cents! won’t go back, not an area I frequent anyways but it was okay f...
