My search for delicious açaí bowls started and ended with Ubatuba in Pasadena. The açaí itself is icy, sweet, and the perfect amount of tart. There are plenty of toppings to choose from my favorites are the honey almond granola, almond butter, and cacao nib. The food is really good and the ingredients are always fresh. But the service is a letdown. The staff often comes off as rude and likes to argue, which can ruin the whole meal.
