If you're looking for some place private to party and chill, visit this place. RM 16, one of the speakeasy bars here in Manila, is located at the back of Titto's Latin Bbq and Grill. Seating capacity is limited, approximately it can only accomodate 30 people. Best to visit this on a weekday if you wanna avoid big crowds coming in here(or worse, missing a spot). read more.
