Ooooh this is hard. The atmosphere and people were fantastic. I wanted to love it, but the food and drinks weren’t great. I didn’t expect top notch mixology in rural Utah, but I only ordered a vodka/soda. After they were out of ingredients for one of their specialties. What I got was vodka/flat, dirty gun tonic water.
