Mcdonald's - Pecq Le

I am very unsatisfied with my experience at this restaurant. I placed a counter pickup order during their regular operating hours, but when I arrived the doors were locked. I had to wait in a line of over 15 cars to enter the drive-thru and collect my prepaid food. The wait took nearly 30 minutes. When I finally got home, I found that my food was cold and half of my fries were missing. I recommend going to the guess rd location instead. The management of this restaurant is poor, and the staff seem incapable of handling the high volume of customers.

I visited this restaurant on my way back to Virginia Beach and one worker, Xavier, really stood out to me. He was friendly, attentive, and very fast. Xavier seems to have a great understanding of what makes a restaurant successful and incorporates it into his work. Great job, Xavier! Keep up the excellent work.
