At 1:30 pm on a Saturday, one and a half hours before closing time, we attempted to dine at this cafe for lunch. However, we were informed that they were closing, had the door shut in front of us, and then locked. An hour later, we passed by the cafe again and noticed that it was open, with people coming in and out and being served. It appeared that the cafe was actually open.
