"Wonderful dog friendly pub! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We are visiting Pembrokeshire on a short break and staying in a nearby cottage. This pub was recommended to us and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the staff are brilliant, attentive and friendly. You are made to feel so welcome. We went on a Wednesday and stayed for the quiz night which was great fun (despite us being terrible quizzers). Would recommend this pub to everyone. My only advice is to book in advance as this is a popular pub and you don’t want to miss out!"

"My wife has asthma, and on a day where it was affecting her breathing more than others she chose to sit on one of the bench’s outside the restaurant for a 2 minute break on our walk back to our hotel. Someone came out and asked us if we had a booking which we didn’t and very rudely snapped you can’t sit there this is private property! He didn’t give us a chance to explain why we had stopped or that we were just about to move off again anyway! Not a good advert for the restaurant! Update: someone from the restaurant replied to my review saying I was basically lying because the member of staff who came out to us had a different story. Well of course he would! Not good for someone in a customer facing job to admit they were rude and abrupt to someone else even if they weren’t a customer. We know I was telling the truth and so does he. Hopefully it will serve as a learning opportunity for him in future!"

"Last minute decision to stay at the dru ,we weren't disappointed,fantastic setting,quirky hotel,lovely friendly staff.We were fortunate enough to be here on the Lebanese taster night,and my what a feast for £18.50 ! So much food and all tasted fab.Breakfast next morning was huge! and very tasty indeed .Beautiful location and plenty of walking.Highly recommend a stay here."
