"We ate here twice, first time the waitress forgot to order our meal. Second time a very limited night menu and the staff hadn't got a clue, I felt sorry for the chef as he was left to do everything including taking the money! Bizarre!!!"

"We went here after a local recommended that we not go to the other restaurant in town. O Raiano was large and crowded at lunchtime with a lot of happy diners. Standard Portuguese menu. We had bean soup and salad for starters, then veal scallop with egg and a boar stew for lunch. Seemed to be a good reliable choice."

"Come here for a drink only and enjoy the view which is fantastic. Other than that, the food is terrible. Price are expensive for Portugal. Although waiters are kind, it is very long to get served and all of this for a disappointing experience. Most of the food looks frozen. I still have a terrible taste in my mouth after this experience Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4"

"We went today at lunch, after a lovely stroll through the historical center. We saw only two restaurants in this Historical Village, we chose this one after looking it up, here on tripadvisor. For starters, very nice and efficient staff, covid rules complied, they should get the Clean Safe stamp, that would make us feel more safe. Although higiene was taken care of, tables were a little bit to close for us. Concerning the menus, we recommend this restaurante, price/quality is good, full tourist menu at 16€. I chose the Bacalhau à Celta because i saw it on a photo and it seemed delicious. It was good, but i wouldnt ask for it on another ocasion. Too much potato, little codfish. Good pichet of white wine, from Pinhel. The whites from Pinhel are usually very good. Coffee was very good. We will return and recommend."
