We dropped in, thinking we might have a tea and a snack. As we walked in we weren't sure what the procedure was...seat yourself?? Wait for staff? No signs so we went over to the counter to wait and have a peek at the menu. While we were standing there a staff person came out of the kitchen to deliver a plate of food to another customer (one of two in the restaurant).
