"Four of us went for lunch - 2 being locals who had been there only once. The service was excellent; the ambience terrific with paintings done by the maitre'd and the food delicious and surprising all at once. The menu offered a lot of choice including a very inexpensive prix fixe option. The starter and main courses were superb and the ice cream for dessert was excellent. The chef really knows his stuff and we would return here anytime. The wine list was also good and reasonably priced."

"Opposite the church , this restaurant was in a prime location. As with a lot of French restaurants after the summer season closes the opening times were a bit limited. Open every lunchtime but only Friday and Saturday evenings in September but we were advised...to book. Good idea as it was very popular. We sat outside under awnings in a pleasant decked area. Madame served all the tables but there were no delays. We had the 26 euro menu, 3 courses. The escargots starter was a very generous portion and tasted delicious. Both main meals of steak tornados and magret de canard were well cooked. The profiteroles were served as an amazing swan swimming in a dark chocolate hot sauce. Definitely recommend that! Nice atmosphere , would go there again!"
