My family of 8 went here once before and the older gentleman was friendly and helpful. Today we went in and patiently waited as the young lady working there seemed to be on a work call. Throughout our wait we received no explanation or even eye contact. After 5 minutes I politely asked if she knew when we would be served. She completely ignored me and again didn't make eye contact.
