My family of 8 went here once before and the older gentleman was friendly and helpful. Today we went in and patiently waited as the young lady working there seemed to be on a work call. Throughout our wait we received no explanation or even eye contact. After 5 minutes I politely asked if she knew when we would be served. She completely ignored me and again didn't make eye contact. The dining area was filled with unused freezers and other storage facilities. The portion size was small compared to the price of the purchased items.
Chocolate on the cones taste super fake and it is just terrible and regular cones are hidden from simple eyes and put in the back
