What User likes about Melt Pensacola:
This is a really fun airstream “food truck” in the Garden food court on the corner of Palafox and Main Street. The food was made fresh and prepared within a couple of minutes and we were not disappointed. The classic melt w/three cheeses was 6.99 and the loaded Philly fries was 9.99. that was my first time to eat here and it will be my last. too expensive for dry food they serve. I have a chicken bacon pitch and it was so dry, even the cheese. I literally had few bites and could not finish. even the speck was not completely cooked. bacon was limp and chewy. also got a cup mac and cheese that was also extremely dry, my daughter wouldn't even touch it.
