"This was such a special treat! A really fantastic afternoon tea with delicious sandwiches, scones and cakes … plenty too! We were very looked after by the two guys who run it …. They were really accommodating too as although we had booked a table, we had forgotten to specify it was for afternoon tea. They made it especially for us which we really did appreciate! It’s a lovely little find, and well deserves great reviews. Will definitely be back! So much nicer than many big hotels that lack atmosphere and serve mediocre food … this was 5 stars!!"

"My parents recently had their 60th Wedding anniversary dinner for 27 people at the Hilltop. From our first meeting with Daren a few months before the event, Daren took a great interest in planning all aspects of the evening, he really went above and beyond to make sure that the occasion was all that we could hope it to be. On the night Daren was on top of every aspect of the evening and he and his team made it a huge success. I should also mention that the food was lovely and the wine list excellent. 5 star."

"Quality tandoori has always been a fantastic restaurant. because with a large group, and some with very specific food allergies were all of us from the food and the service via bowling. They attentively looked after us, eating was the perfect temperature and we all got our food at the same time, no one stayed waiting! really cheap, yet high quality with fresh ingredients and freshly cooked. fantastic."
