We pre ordered our meal for tea time as a surprise for our children. When it arrived we discovered that one of the meals was wrong. We rang up and they sent the correct meal straight away, the lady on the phone couldn't apologise enough and was wonderful to deal with. Waited an hour an half for food. Chips were really greasy and looked as if they were yesterday chips just chucked back in the fryer. Asked for spicy wings. No spice at all and basically all bones. Overall terrible. I only gave the 1 star because the deliver guy was so apologetic. View all feedback.
