"Hidden gem in the southwest England. So glad we came. We had the 7 courses tasting menu. It was absolutely amazing experience with highlight followed by another highlight. The food has complex layers of different flavour and texture, with influence from various cultures..Japanese, Chinese, Indian, South American, yet surprisingly beautifully blended together.
