"Unlike L'Osti which we visited a few nights earlier Adlerkeller makes you feel welcome and the buzz amongst its diners created a nice relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant seemed compartmentalised in its organisation of dining areas and ours was nicely lit and generated a warm ambience. Service was mixed dependent on who was serving you our waitress was rather awkward in her manner whilst the waiter was confident and charming. The food was excellent! Our starter of onion soup was warm and hearty and delightfully flavoured. Main courses were equally good and my fillet of beef with a red wine jus was perfection. So good were our first two courses that I decided to have the apple fritters with cinnamon ice cream. A very good choice! If you want fine dining in Corvara at a very reasonable price this is certainly the place to go!"
