"We just tried it. Some food was still warm after a 7-minute drive home, but a lot was quite cool as if it was sitting for a while. Spareribs were delicately tasteful, like the chicken... tasty. Unfortunately, my cantonese chow lacked taste. Overall hit and miss."

"The salad was just iceberg lettuce with a thin slice of tomato and a couple of small pieces of red cabbage. The vegetables were frozen not fresh and the rice was blah. The tomato sauce tastes like Campbell's canned tomato soup. Ugh!"

If you are Looking for a nice place to eat that is reasonable price, great service, food to die for, and right close to home. Surprisingly, it is in our small town of Smiths Falls! Try it people, something different to offer then Brockville and closer then Ottawa and Kingston. The place is called CHUCKLES JACK!!!!"

"I 've been coming to Peter 's since 1992 or so and I have to say the most recent owner Chelsea has upped the service and food so much compared to previous owners. You know that place 'Where everyone knows your name? ' Well, that 's Peter 's. The wait staff are all experienced, they know their customers likes and regular meals, they are all friendly in their own individual way. The food isn 't 5 star, it 's good diner type food, in all these thousands of times going I 've only ever had meals that didn 't live up to my expectations two or three times. If you love dessert, this is THE place to go. Homemade sky high pies, lemon meringue, coconut cream, butterscotch, seasonal fruit pies as well as apple crisp and various other desserts. Peter 's is in the heart of downtown Perth and it truly is the heart of Perthites. I went to Toronto for three days and I couldn 't wait to get home to taste 'real ' food that I recognized!"
